Elaine will oversee AvranceCorp’s project operations, construction execution, and strategic development initiatives across Ontario and emerging markets.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in real estate development and corporate operations with the Greenpark Group, Elaine brings a proven track record of driving efficiency, innovation, and organizational growth. In her new role, she will focus on expanding AvranceCorp’s presence in the residential and mixed-use development sector across Ontario.
